Pip Hold Limited Edition and Teeny Pips shoes are made with the attention to detail, quality and care that you'd expect of a Pip Hold product.
Should you change your mind, order the wrong size or product or, in the rarest of occurrences you manage to receive a faulty product, you may return the product to us and request either a full refund, an exchange or a store credit. The return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
An email to shoes@piphold.com would be appreciated to advise us you wish to return the product and to advise if you wish to have a refund, store credit or exchange.
If an item has a fault please contact Pip Hold Shoes at shoes@piphold.com within 30 days of receipt of shoe.
Only where the product is faulty will the cost of returning the product to Pip Hold Shoes be borne by Pip Hold Shoes. All other return costs will be borne by the sender.
For products to be accepted as a return they must not have been worn and be returned in their original box in as new condition. To give you comfort that the assessment of as new / not worn is not a subjective decision made by Pip Hold Shoes, a photographic record of the shoes’ condition taken at shipment date will be kept on file by Pip Hold Shoes.
If the product you are returning is from our caring for your shoes range, all products must be unopened in their original packaging, in as new condition and returned to us within 21 days of purchase.
*note – Pip Hold Shoes recommends trying your new shoes on whilst standing on a mat or carpet or other soft surface to ensure that soles remain unmarked and as new in the event that you wish to return the product.
